YOUR MISSION

• As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will assume a strategic key position with extensive responsibilities. You will lead IT projects in an agile environment, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals (OKRs)
• Project Management: You will manage complex IT projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and specifications
• Team Coordination: You will coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define clear project requirements and objectives
• Planning and Monitoring: You will create and maintain detailed project plans, continuously monitor progress, and manage risks and challenges to ensure project success
• Quality Assurance: You will ensure that IT projects meet business requirements and comply with industry standards and regulations
• Promoting Best Practices: You will promote continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management methods
• Team Leadership and Development: You will lead and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional and personal development

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic Qualification: You hold a university degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• Having no obstacle for foreign travels (Especially Germany, Australia, European countries etc.)
• Professional Experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment
• Expertise: You have deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Team Leadership: You have extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and can demonstrate success in delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. Experience in multi-project management or program management is an advantage
• Communication and Leadership Skills: You possess excellent communication and leadership skills and are capable of effectively managing stakeholder expectations
• Self-Motivation and Organizational Skills: You are highly self-motivated, work independently, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Language Skills: You are fluent in English at C2 level
• Nice to have: German Language Skills
• Nice to have: PMP or PRINCE2 certification
